DescriptionAnzac Day is observed on the 25 April, the anniversary of the landing of the Anzac soldiers (Australian and New Zealanders) on the Gallipoli Peninsula in Turkey in 1915. Anzac day has is now a commemoration of all New Zealanders killed in war and honours returned and serving servicemen and women.
